Return and Refund Policy

At Aaroon and Associates, we provide professional services related to GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Business Registration and other compliance services. As our services involve professional consultation and documentation work, our Return and Refund Policy is outlined below.


Service-Based Policy


Since our services are professional and time-based, once the work has been initiated or completed, the service cannot be returned.


Refund Eligibility


A refund may only be considered in the following situations:


- If the service requested by the client cannot be provided due to legal or technical reasons.

- If payment is made mistakenly or duplicated.

- If the service request is cancelled before the work process has started.


Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:


- If work has already been started or completed.

- If documents have already been prepared or submitted to government portals.

- If rejection occurs due to incorrect information or documents provided by the client.

- If delay occurs due to government processing timelines.


Processing of Refunds


If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.


Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services before the work process begins. Once the service work has started, cancellation will not be possible.
