Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service processing. Aaroon and Associates shall not be responsible for any delays or issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Service Timeline

The time required to complete any service may vary depending on government portal processing, document verification and regulatory approvals.

We make reasonable efforts to complete services within the expected timeframe but cannot guarantee approval or completion timelines controlled by government authorities.

Payments

Clients are required to pay service fees as agreed before or during the service process. Once the service work has started, the fee paid is generally non-refundable except in special circumstances as mentioned in the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Aaroon and Associates will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from:

- Incorrect information provided by the client

- Rejection or delay from government authorities

- Technical issues on government portals

Third-Party Portals

Our services may involve submission of documents on official government portals such as:

We are not responsible for technical issues or policy changes on these external portals.
